I just saw this article this morning. NJ is proposing two bills that would affect homeschooling. One mandates annual health and wellness checks for all homeschooled children. The other mandates homeschool curriculum choices must be approved by the state and match the state’s objectives, including DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) in all subjects:
